Important Customer Note: Ceramic coating provides excellent protection, but the vehicle still requires regular maintenance (e.g., pH-neutral washes, avoiding harsh automatic car washes) between services to maintain performance and warranty. We recommend hand washing or our maintenance washes.

Booking Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To provide the best possible service and ensure your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we now require a small non-refundable deposit when your appointment is confirmed and added to our schedule.
Why we ask for a deposit:
A deposit helps confirm your commitment and allows us to plan our day effectively—blocking off time, preparing supplies. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations or no-shows can impact our ability to serve other customers, so this simple step protects everyone’s time and keeps our schedule reliable for you and others.
Deposit details:
• Amount: $25–$50 (depending on your service package; we’ll confirm the exact amount when booking—typically $25 for standard details, $50 for premium/ceramic jobs).
• It’s fully applied toward your final service total—no extra fees! (For example, if your detail is $250 and deposit is $25, you’ll pay $225 on the day.)
• Paid via Venmo
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
We completely understand that life happens—unexpected events, schedule changes, or emergencies come up. We’re flexible and here to work with you!
• Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or more before your appointment time: Your deposit will be fully refunded (or easily transferred to a new date—no hassle).
• Cancellations or reschedules less than 48 hours before: The deposit becomes non-refundable (but can be transferred to a future appointment if rescheduling).
• No-shows: Deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.
